Lip injections all inside my mouth but my lips look exactly the same?

There seems to be some asymmetry and possible placement of the product below the lip. I would see your injector and either have the filler dissolved and or have her fix the asymmetry. 

I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

marissabarbie12.  It appears from your photographs that some of the filler material may have migrated towards your inner lips and there does appear to be some asymmetry. However it is still early and I would wait one more week and then consult with your injecting physician for options to alleviate your problem. Those options include highly Hyaluronidase  to dissolve the filler in the regions that you don’t want them and placement of more filler to improve the symmetry. Best of luck.

Hi marissabarbie12, It's been a week and the swelling has pretty much gone down and the filler has stabilized. Since the filler created asymmetry and as you said, settled more on the inner lip, you can definitely have some of it dissolved. Go to an injector you trust and have great results on IG, Yelp! or Real Self.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
