Answer: Bump after Lip Fillers--Wait 2 weeks This can be typical. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!

Answer: Lumps after Lip augmentation with Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Volbella) There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Lip filler post care Dear Mos, Thank you for your question. Visually, in the absence of palpating your lips, it looks like a collection of filler, placed superficially. Meantime you can consider warm compress. If it does not improve after 2 weeks, you may see your physician to consider hyaluronidase to reverse your treatment. I hope this helps. Dr Daniel Chang

Answer: Bump after filler injection. The "bump" is most likely a small collection of your filler. Although Princess Volume is intended for volume replacement, contouring and deep folds, it can be also used in lips. I doubt the lump caused by this specific product will correct itself but you can do it yourself by pressure. You can apply a sustained pressure using the tip of your finger and pressing it against your teeth. The other option is to "pinch" the lump using your thumb and your index finger. Again, the pressure must be sustained, for example for 30 second at the time. There is no danger at all. Even if by chance you displace filler from the area around the lump, you can easily re-mold it. If your efforts are not successful and the lump persists, it can be easily dissolved in a controlled manner. Make sure that not too much is dissolved since it will need to be re-injected and your injector may want to charge you for it even though the lump is related to the technique. Good luck!
