I am 15 years old and my nose is tiny for a guy. Will this change as I go through puberty?

My nose is very small compared to other guys. I feel like it doesn't fit my head size. I still look very young for my age as I still have a rounded chin and chubby cheeks. I workout regularly and lift weights. I feel as though my nose is too small for my features and my chin is not visible enough. I also have a pad of fat under my chin that will not go away. My father has a fairly big nose and chiseled features. Will my nose and face grow and change through puberty or will they stay like this?

At 15, you are still in the midst of drastic changes to your appearance. You should not feel concerned about your lack of a strong chin or nose, as these will develop over time. As you grow older and your face takes on its adult shape, you can then reevaluate and consider augmenting your nose. However, until then, do not worry and let the development and growth of your facial structure happen.

Thank you for your question. Yes, your nose and facial features will continue to change as you go through puberty. And, yes, there are surgical options to increase the size of your nose when the timing is right and when it is certain that you have matured physically. It may be best to wait a few years until you've gone through puberty before consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and the best rhinoplasty options for you. At 15 years old, your facial features have not achieved full
adult development. As you have pointed out, the nose’s appearance is closely
connected to other surrounding facial features, such as the chin. A safe and a
conservative approach to treatment may be considered a few years down the road.

Yes your nose will change during puberty and the cartilage in our nose and ears continue to grow as we get older.   Genetics, however is the most important factor.   If your parents have really small noses then you will as well   Best to you.
