How do you know if the sutures are removable or dissolvable? (photo)

You would need to ask your surgeon if your sutures need to be removed or if they are dissolvable.  Your surgeon is the only one who would know what type of sutures were used during your procedure.  

Your surgeon would know if the sutures are removable.  I typically place removable sutures which I remove after one week.  These are strong sutures that facilitate healing.  Good luck,

The only way to answer this question is to ask your surgeon.  Non-dissolvable sutures are usually black or blue but can be clear if this helps
