Do nose straighteners work? Like Nasofix and the Hana Tsun Nose Straightener...

I'm a 14-year-old female Asian. I have a big, wide, fat nose. I would like for it to be a lot slimmer and smaller because my nose is really unattractive.

You would have to be examined as a patient, but it appears from only one photo that an open rhinoplasty would likely be able to narrow your nose with a high degree of confidence. Your request is very reasonalble.

Imaging is a very useful tool to help set appropriate expectations going into surgery.  From your images it appears you are trying to create a more defined nasal dorsum (bridge).  Although you did not show profile photos, to get the result you are showing would likely require building...

Your concern can be addressed with a rhinoplasty procedure that would create a deeper junction between the lip and nose.
