Rock Hard Swelling After Rhinoplasty?

I had a rhinoplasty done 11 days ago. I had a hump removed and my tip corrected (droopy tip) the first couple days after my cast came off, the swelling was soft and numb when i felt it. However I woke up 2 days ago with my nose being super stiff. When I felt the tip and columella, the swelling was now ROCK hard. Should I be concerned? In the days that my swelling was soft, my tip came down a lot and my nose started looking a lot better. But since the swelling became hard, nothing has changed.

Your surgeon would know if the sutures are removable.  I typically place removable sutures which I remove after one week.  These are strong sutures that facilitate healing.  Good luck,

You would have to be examined as a patient, but it appears from only one photo that an open rhinoplasty would likely be able to narrow your nose with a high degree of confidence. Your request is very reasonalble.
