Breast fat grafting on top of existing implants - how many CC's is safe?

Hello, I have done revision 600 cc ( midline muscle was fully attached not open ) and 100 cc fat grafting to each breast , ( 4 months ago ). As my muscle not open in midline it looks weird , I want to add fat grafting midline and upper and also to increase breast size , how many cc is safe max I have breast tissue + a lot of fat and the rupture risk? Also can it be done under local with minimal sedation if yes , how many cc max can be safely injected under local anesthesia? Thankyou .
