During my consultation I was told that an applicator right under my chin would not fit, but they could do two applicators overlapping but it may be uncomfortable. It would also be closer to my jaw. Is this safe a safe procedure on someone with my amount t of submental fat? I so read about fullness in the throat as a side effect. Can you explain what that is and how long it may last? Thank you !!!!
Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Coolsculpting Hello and thank you for your question. I do not think you have enough fat under your chin for CoolSculpting. I would recommend Morpheus8 for the submental are. It will help contour the jaw and reduce the fat in that area.

Answer: CoolMini Hello and thank you for sharing your pictures. An in person consultation is always recommended. However, It seems that you may be a suitable candidate for treatment. If there is enough volume in the area, we approach treatment with multiple CoolMini applicators with an overlap. This will vary from one person to another. Each applicator will take 45 minutes. This is a great non-invasive option with minimum side effects, mild inflammation in the submental area (layer of fat below the chin). Best of luck.

Answer: Candidates for Under Chin CoolSculpt You could do CoolSculpt Mini if the applicator was able to fit your under chin and attach appropriately to your fat. But for a 25% reduction in the under chin, your results might not be worth the CoolSculpt chase. You may be a better candidate for Kybella, which is deoxycholic acid, that kills fat cells as well. If you are seeking more jawline definition, I would also have you consider Juvederm Voluma filler to the jawline. You should seek in-person consultation with a board-certified Face and Neck Plastics surgeon who has demonstrated experience with lower face treatments. Best, Dr. Anil Shah

Answer: Cool Mini Works Looking at your pictures I estimate that CoolSculpting with the Cool Mini is a great option. In our practice we have had tremendous success with the Cool Mini applicator. Results have been favorable with minimum negative side effects. If the mini applicator does not fit directly in the center of the chin there is an option of placing them angled and overlapping the applicators in the center. We have done many patients with this approach and have loved the results. Kybella is an option as well but with Coolsculpting there will be less swelling. I would set up a Coolsculpting Consultation with a provider that has experience with both of these options. Wishing you beautiful success, Dr. Tonya Boudreaux
