For stubborn belly would you say CoolSculpting or infrared weight reduction would have better results?

My body is near perfect except my very noticeable belly fat. I cannot even see my waistline. I want to know which treatment would be best use of my money between the two to aide in belly fat loss besides working out and eating right which I am consistently doing

Dear Doraines:  You have asked a very good question, one that I asked myself several years ago.  I called reps for both machines and  I had my own belly fat treated with both machines.  I saw no results with the infrared machine but saw excellent results with Coolsculpting.  So I bought the Coolsculpting machine.  It works great on belly fat!Best of luck you you!G. This is difficult to answer without pictures. Coolsculpting is good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, if you're a candidate. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. For people with a distinct area of fat they wish to treat (like the abdomen or love handles) , Coolsculpting is a great procedure.   To know for sure if  Coolsculpting is the right treatment for your tummy you should be evaluated in person so we can determine if you are a good candidate (pinchable fat as opposed to deep, visceral fat) and how many applicators and treatments would be required.
