When can I smoke marijuana after my third rhinoplasty?

I just had a second revision rhinoplasty with cartalige grafts to correct a nasal valve collapse. When would it be safe to smoke weed again, and would edibles be okay?

Thank you for the picture and your question. Yes, the nostril shape can be changed through manipulation of the tip cartilages. In a revision case, this is more complex due to scar tissue, etc. it is important to note that all parts of the tip are related--changing one thing changes other things....

In general, widening the nose and lengthening the nose can be done.  We would do this by redoing the osteotomies done by your surgeon and then making certain to widen the nose.  Additionally, grafts could be placed to widen specific areas.
