In a case like yours, to get a more hourglass shape, you need not just  fat injected in your buttock. You need to have a tummy tuck with the liposuction, so the excess of skin on the abdomen can be removed and the rectus muscle on your abdomen can be repaired. The you will have a smaller waist and the fat injected in the buttocks and hip area will enhance the size and shape there. With just the photos it is impossible to tell you how many pounds you can get in the buttocks, more information is needed like your height and weight. Consider that you need to be seen in a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to check your skin tone, amount of fat in the areas where liposuction will be needed to give you an estimation on the amount of fat that can be injected.

many Brazilian Butt lift procedures and specialize in body contouring. From
your photos, you appear to be a very good candidate for BBL. You should
get a very nice result from liposuction, giving you a more contoured and hourglass
shape with better projection to your buttocks.  You may also want to consider a tummy tuck.

A sexy, full round butt is usually attached to a sexy scooped lower back and a flat tummy with a narrow hourglass waist. Therefore creating a sexy full buttock requires attention to the surrounding structures and anatomy. A well done BBL is NOT like filling a tire and seeing just how much fat can be pushed in, it is much more about correcting the surrounding structures, perfecting the periphery of the buttocks (with sculpting liposuction and other techniques) to create the two round-oval butt hemispheres that make up a sexy butt and then placing strands of fat in them throughout the levels of tissues  (to JUST fill the butt without creating too much pressure which would stop the blood from flowing and result in the fat not getting oxygen and dying resulting in oil cysts and loss of volume or worse asymmetry). As a result, the amount of fat that can be placed safely in one woman may not be what can be achieved in another. A truly artistic Plastic surgeon must customize the operation to each one of his patients. In in your case, it appears you could have a nice BBL result with HiDef Lipo of the entire back and abdomen and BBL.
