For my practice the surgery usually runs between $8500 to $9,000. For liposuction, it can vary greatly depending on the amount of areas and how much fat is to be removed. Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. Thanks for your questions about male gynecomastia and liposuction.  It appears from your photos that you would be a good candidate for 360 degree treatment with liposuction to sculpt multiple areas.  In general, I would estimate that the procedure would require 3-4 hours.  Once the combination of surgeon fees, anesthesia fees, and facility are combined the costs are often 6,000-8,000 in many cases.  There is some mild variation in cost in some regions of the country, but for the procedures you have interest in most surgeons have very comparable pricing.  I recommend focusing on visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss in person your specific goals and evaluate the most reasonable plan for you.  Seek a surgeon that instills confidence in you and is clearly focused on quality outcomes.Best wishes
