I used to work out a ton. I stopped working out in march 10th this year. Since then, after march just one month, i started getting really puffy nipples. It has been puffy ever since. I am extremely unconsious about them and I really wish they would go away. Im 18, medium build, 181lb. Im sure this isnt Gyno....yet

The vast majority of gynecomastia patients need the benefit of tissue removal through a tiny incision about the areola. There really isn't any justification for not removing the tissue beneath the areola that is the cause of the puffiness. I can see that you have residual tissue behind your areolas.
