Well, after undergoing liposuction and BBL you know that more of the same is definitely not the answer. Additionally, I agree that a lower buttock tuck with the results scar is probably not the best of options for you. Thus, you may want to consider restoring volume to your buttock and reinflated it with a more reliable and permanent option such as a proportionately fit, if not custom made, Stanton Anatomic buttock implant. The best thing to do at this point is to return to your original plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns. More than likely photos of your surgical site were taken before surgery and sometimes it can be helpful to review these to see how the area changed. Sometimes these contours existed before surgery and were accentuated after surgery. If this is a totally new problem only since surgery, your plastic surgeon will have some options for a solution whether that is additional fat grafting or a different plan.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Little section of the intersection between the lower buttocks and the back of the thigh is tricky business and it’s better to leave this area alone as much as possible.
Fat grafting to restore previously removed fat tends to not work very well and usually requires multiple rounds.
I think it’s going to be difficult to get you a significant shape especially if you don’t want skin excision.
In the end you may want to leave it like it is and except the more surgery may not get you what you want.
This is an area I am particularly cautious about and generally not recommend having a liposuction in. Most commonly it’s done for fullness of the upper back of the thigh sometimes called the banana roll.
It rarely turns out the way patients want
