This area appears to be related to swelling. I do not think that it is anything to worry about, but I would definitely check with your surgeon. Good luck in your recovery!!!

For just a week out I would not be concerned about the appearance either.  If your using an antibiotic ointment it could be you're having a mild reaction to it.  I would suggest warm and cold compresses alternating and doing some very gentle massage to the area with some vaseline.  Be careful as wounds can come apart out to two weeks after surgery.  Keep in touch with your surgery, and I'm sure you'll do great.  If it becomes painful or any discharge then it is likely infected.  Best regards.

It’s normal to see creases and other suture line irregularities due to swelling early after surgery.
Nonetheless, you must communicate your concerns and obtain reassurance that things are what they’re supposed to be from your surgeon. An online response can’t be as accurate as the evaluation of the surgeon who did your operation.
