4 weeks post op lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer. How long does it take to see results?

How long does it take to see the final result of fat transfer to under eye/upper cheek area. I had a lower blethroplasty with fat transfer it’s been four weeks and can’t tell if it’s an improvement or not.
