due to not treating on time i developed synkenises on my right side. over the years ive gotten used to not smiling too big and restricting my facial expressions so i dont look wonky In this picture however im smiling big how i usually dont and i notice weakness of my facial muscles since i dont have much movement around my eyebrow and eyelid and upper cheek...

Answer: Browlift more predictable and less costly in the long run... and you can have it at your hairline or you can have it at the upper edge of your brow as both would work well. I would prefer the brow approach as it would be easier and more predictable and very easy to revise if it was not perfect.

An in-person evaluation would be critical to assess your particular facial dynamic movement; however, in general both botox and surgical options can be used in patients like yourself. You might consider starting with botox since it is less invasive and progressing to surgery if needed. Consider finding an ASOPRS oculoplastic surgeon in your area for a consultation. Best of luck!
