You can certainly consider an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

You may be a candidate for a canthoplasty. This is a procedure that can raise the outer corner of the eyelid. But this needs to be done by an expert because there are long-term issues associated with surgically traumatizing the tendon.

Finally, a direct brow lift (incision above the eyebrow hairs), limited temporal lift (incision behind hairline), or browpexy (incision through the blepharoplasty incision) may be possibilities.

Eyelid excess correction surgery is simple and the results are quite satisfactory. However, it is necessary to evaluate the patient's eyebrow before performing the surgery. Blepharoplasty procedure performed in patients with low eyebrows may cause the eyebrows to fall further. Therefore, the operation is completed by combining it with the eyebrow lifting process, with the eyebrow hanging first and less eyelid skin removed in the same session.

What you have is significant eyelid ptosis. The eyelid should be just at the edge of the upper iris. Yours is at the top of the pupil, i.e. they are about 2-4 mm low.
