Would Renuva be effective for an over suctioned submental defect?

Question

My submental area has been over suctioned and left with slight platysma show, grooves and slightly loose skin. Everything I have read indicates fat transfer is ineffective in the anterior neck for this sort of defect. I do not want a lift/platysma repair. No more scars/tissue damage. Has anyone had success with Renuva for an over suctioned submental defect? Thank you for your help and any suggestions for repairing this sort of problem (besides a surgical repair).

Unfortunately once the submental region has been over suctioned it is an exceedingly difficult endeavor to get complete correction.  In general it is going  to require more than one session of Renuva which is very good for getting an even layer of fat, and plays a tightening for an optimal result (I.e.  a necklift with focus on Platysma).

Yes but the expense and time required to achieve acceptable results is high and long. I also combine with Sculptra/Radeisse diluted, nano & micro fat grafting. Expect total out of pocket in the $30,000 ranges.

Of the eight questions emailed to me this morning from realself you were the second one with the same problem of being over treated during chin and neck liposuction. Liposuction is a precise procedure that is best done by a plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure. In the cases where an area has been over-suctioned, Renuva has been found to be highly effective in treating this kind of irregularity, as it grows your own fat right in the area treated – over the course of 3 - 6 months. Since the fat cells are your own, it's best to treat cautiously by doing one treatment with 3 ccs of Renuva and then see how things look after 3 - 6 months. If the issue is still there, you can go back in for another treatment to achieve the result you are looking for. 
I do recommend patients have multiple consultations to find the most talented and experience providers for both primary and secondary procedures. I recognize that you have begun that process. I would just also mention that some of the most talented plastic surgeons I’ve known have very little social media and Internet presence in our instead busy working hard in the community hospitals doing reconstructive surgery. 
Another way to restore the fat in your neck is to gradually building up the fat layer with multiple rounds of conservative fat grafting, which would require liposuction to harvest the fat needed to then graft.Obviously finding someone willing and capable of doing this is paramount but patients also have to ask if they’re willing to go through that process. My best guess is this may take 4-6 sessions of fat transfer to have a sufficient layer of fat to properly contour.
A neck lift isn’t going to change your fat distribution and treatment options should focus on the problem at hand which is a lack of fat from an inappropriate previous fat removal procedure.
