I am considering getting a facial fat transfer or Renuva injections and I want to know if Renuva can be injected in the under eye area? Would it improve skin pigmentation as well?

For 99% of people, Renuva is cost prohibitive for large volume treatments, like a full breast augmentation. The makers of Renuva know this is a very sought after use, though and we will be able to treat areas in need of large volume by March, 2021.
