Smartlipo done several years ago. I do NOT want a tummy tuck. Would I be happy with with Renuva filler in the dent and Renuvion for skin tightening? Would the dent need subcison? I don't need to look perfect, but this is just so depressing.
Answer: Renuva and Renuvion for lower abdomen dent Although a full tummy tuck would give you the best results in getting a flat stomach and getting rid of the stretch marks, you do have other options. Trying to fill the dents with Renuva is not a good idea because this product does not contain live fat cells and is not the same as a fat transfer. Tightening the skin with Renuvion alone will not fix the dents. The way I would recommend treating this is to have someone experienced with Vaser perform a Liposuction revision to smooth out the irregularities from under the skin and then use Renuvion to tighten the skin. The Vaser uses ultrasound energy to break through scar tissue from the pervious Smartlipo procedure. This should give you a flatter and smoother abdomen. Unfortunately, the stretch marks will still be there.

Answer: Renuva Is A Great Option For Correcting Liposuction Indentations. I have had great success for my patients using Renuva to smooth body irregularities like the indentations from liposuction you have experienced. This was one of the first widely used applications for Renuva! I think you will be very happy with the results of your Renuva treatment, and another plus is that you can do the treatment in your doctor's office without the need for anesthesia or downtime.

Answer: Renuva Is A Groundbreaking Treatment That Can Help Smooth Irregularities. Renuva is a groundbreaking treatment that can help smooth irregularities – like the ones you have experienced from liposuction – anywhere fat exists in the body. I recommend reaching out to an elite Renuva injector to talk about a treatment plan for your abdomen.

Answer: Treatment options You will be disappointed with both of those treatments. I purchased the J plasma or Renuvion Device when it first came out. I used it for about a year but literally saw zero skin tightening and could not in good conscience recommend it to my patients. I have since sold the device. Fat transfer is probably your best option for the indentation but because there is no hosta tissue or very little post tissue to support the graft it may take several rounds of fat transfer to build up enough tissue for it to go away. It should not need subsicion unless the skin is in direct contact with the underlying muscle. Converting this to a full tummy tuck is probably your best option. I recognize that you don’t want one. Nobody wants to have a tummy tuck. The liposuction procedure wasn’t done particularly well. At the same time do you have skin laxity which makes you a lesser candidate for a good liposuction results. More so that the results don’t look impressive than the regular contour that the provider delivered for you. Liposuction it leads to permanent and irreversible results. These are difficult to correct when done in an uneven fashion. Areas that I’ve been over treated are by far the most challenging to correct. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
