I'm a model with very little body fat who wanted fat transfer to my face and the surgeon assured me adamantly that harvesting fat in my lower abdomen would not leave me with any dents or track marks about which I had expressed concern before the surgery. A few weeks after surgery in spring 2020 I noticed a few indented areas and all have mostly healed except for this very large one. Would Renuva or Sculptra help? Do I possibly have an adhesion between my skin & fascia or muscle to complicate it?
