I had a CAT scan done to evaluate my pectus / barrel chest which I've included here. I've included two scans, one is the dissection where my nipple sits and the other is higher up my thorax. My breasts sit on the sides of my thorax, even when standing. I'd like to know if galiflex can help to bring breast implants closer together around this curvature? And what minimum CC implant would I need to have? I don't want sideways boobs. BWD is 14.

I have found great...
Thank you for your question.
It may have been improperly placed and not sutured in correctly. I have used galaflex a lot and it works very nicely especially for bottoming out. I would see our other surgeons for a second opinion.
If the muscle is actively pushing the implants to the side, you may have a better long term result with going over the muscle even with Gala to support the pocket. However if you do not have enough soft tissue to conceal the upper part of the implants without muscle, you will be trading one...
