I have a few questions about Galaflex mesh. Do you have to have implants to get Galaflex? Since it causes hardening of the tissues will this make it harder to have future procedures, will future procedures take longer to heal? Does Galaflex cause the breast to become firm and hard? Can you feel the scar tissue like you can feel incision scars? Can someone show me pictures of what Galaflex looks like years after the procedure? What is the normal rate for this procedure?

I can't comment on what others charge, but in my practice the additional cost is about $3500. This covers the cost of the material, as well as the additional surgical time, anesthesia, and facility. I've been using Galaflex with breast reductions for more than 8 years now and it is well worth...
Galaflex helps with support of implants or heavy breasts, so probably not needed in your case. Fat transfer doesn't seem likely to get you the result in the wish picture, though it is possible. Implants would be the most predictable.
