I used to have perfect perky Bs. Now, after breastfeeding 5 kids, they are deflated As, maybe? I need a mommy makeover but as part of it, I want about 350ccs added to each breast (guessing) with narrower cleavage lines and, again, my previous perkiness. Could I get that by using Galaflex or Galaform with fat transfer? I have a 36 chest. Hoping for the transformation in the photo.
I am looking to find doctors opinions on GalaFlex as does it really work. I have had a Breast list with implants and it seems that my implants have bottomed out per a PS I went to. This was not the original PS that did my procedure. Would GalaFlex work to bring my implants back to where they need to be? I have Natrelle implants. Should I consider getting different implants? I want to wear shirts without a bra without it showing that I'm not wearing one.
I feel botched. I feel bottomed out? But maybe I'm not bottomed out maybe the doctor I went to just lowered my crease and that's why they look low and off and i have no cleavage. The doctor I'm going to for my revision doesn't offer galafelx so I'm worried if he fixes me without galaflex itll turn out the same and it'll be a waste. Please help. * Red dress is a month after. * Can I exercise my chest muscles then I won't need Galafelx?
I received a quote from my PS to add a galaflex internal meat bra to my reduction. The additional cost was 10K. That seems high considering Ive seen others in my reduction support group say theirs was an additional 1.5-3k. Is that the average charge for southern CA or is that abnormally high?
I am having a revision to get pockets tightening and add galaflex but I hear a lot of girls say the galaflex is very painful and they can feel it poking on them. Which is the best to get if I need to close the gap and have my breasts lifted for more upper pole?
I am getting a BA and I am currently a very small A cup. My PS recommends Galaflex mesh to all his patients because it reduces the risk of lateral displacement. My cc is 300-350 range. Good skin quality. I have seen couple of other PS and they never mentioned mesh. What do you all think? Is it worth it and will it also help with decreasing the gap between breasts? Cost is not an issue.
I have been advised that GalaFLEX will be beneficial for me with my uplift and small implants as I don't have the best skin elasticity for my age. It sounds great to me but I know it hasn't been around for too long which is concerning. Would you advise to get GalaFLEX or not? Is it worth the risks of not knowing the long term outcome?
I've had breast surgery (lift with implant exchange all 3 times) for the 3rd time 2021. Every surgeon has recommended a lift and exchange but I believe its my skin laxity in my breast to be the issue. I wanted to look into a mesh for internal support without replacing my implants considering i like the size and its barely been 2 years in. Also lateral closure of breast pocket. Will a surgeon do this procedure without replacing implants or am I asking for something that won't happen?
I've heard people say Galiflex moved or bunched up inside their breast causing a dent and allowing them to feel the material. What are the chances of this material bunching up or moving inside the breast, and could that lead to deformed tissue developing?
I had a CAT scan done to evaluate my pectus / barrel chest which I've included here. I've included two scans, one is the dissection where my nipple sits and the other is higher up my thorax. My breasts sit on the sides of my thorax, even when standing. I'd like to know if galiflex can help to bring breast implants closer together around this curvature? And what minimum CC implant would I need to have? I don't want sideways boobs. BWD is 14.
