5'4, 130lbs and have AA breasts. How do I decide between a GalaFlex internal bra or a lift? (Photos)

I've had 2 consultations and each Surgeon recommended a different approach. One suggested a breast lift and the other wants to add a mesh bra. I'm 5'4, 130lbs and have AA breasts that are deflated from nursing my children and weight loss. I want an implant that will look natural on my frame and don't think anything over 350ccs would look right. How do I know which route to go, or if I even need the additional support?

Galaflex helps with support of implants or heavy breasts, so probably not needed in your case. Fat transfer doesn't seem likely to get you the result in the wish picture, though it is possible. Implants would be the most predictable.

I have been using Galaflex mesh in breast lifts for more than 7 years and I find it to be very helpful. There is a hernia mesh made of the same material under a different brand name, which has been used in millions of patients for many years with a good clinical record.
