I am scheduled to have a revision that includes a new breast lift with the addition of Galaflex. I currently have under the muscle silicone implants. My question is if I should stay under the muscle or switch to over the muscle? My revision is due to bottoming out and having my implants more in my armpits. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
