Will GalaFLEX work to bring my implants back to where they need to be?

I am looking to find doctors opinions on GalaFlex as does it really work. I have had a Breast list with implants and it seems that my implants have "bottomed out" per a PS I went to. This was not the original PS that did my procedure. Would GalaFlex work to bring my implants back to where they need to be? I have Natrelle implants. Should I consider getting different implants? I want to wear shirts without a bra without it showing that I'm not wearing one.

I have used both Galaflex and Durasorb to provide more support to implants.  In the past 1-2 years I am now recommending these products to any patient who wants larger implants . With larger/heavier implants, the breast tissue is strengthened by this extra mesh support.

I have found great success with both products and continue to use both. My patients have been extremely happy. In some cases, the product can provide some lifting with only a straight augmentation. In other words I do not need to perform the mastopexy.   Whereas in other cases I perform a breast lift with implants, and use the mesh.

Galaflex or Durasorb internal bra mesh is a great choices for many patients and I would highly recommend discussing the pros and cons with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

When your implants drop after a lift, then your tissues have shown that they cannot support the implants adequately. A Galaflex internal bra is an excellent option to add back the support.
