Endoscopic (trichophytic) browlift, any advantage to having this done under general anesthesia?

peakdog
58 y/o female. I have consulted with a few facial plastic surgeons regarding a browlift and liked the approach, demeanor, credentials, before & after pictures of one of the doctors in particular. My concern is that he only does brow lifts under general anesthesia. Is G/A overkill for this type of brow lift? I am concerned about the greater risks associated with G/A in addition to the potential shock hair loss that can follow.
