Hello, hope you are well. I think you should tread lightly with any further treatment. The potential gain from liposuction seems relatively disproportionate to the risk. In a neck with limited adiposity, you risk overtreatment and introducing scar tissue between the skin and deep structures of the neck which can cause dimpling, rippling, or visible irregularities in the skin which is a challenge to 'fix'. I also think there are diminishing returns on additional Kybella if you have already received 5 vials. The lowest risk reasonable option that comes to mind for that marginal gain would be Accutite. This is an RF treatment that addresses subcutaneous fat and skin laxity. Have an in-person consultation to make sure you and your provider share the same expectations of any further treatment, and solid understanding of the potential risks and benefits.

Do you have a well defined jawline with very little subcutaneous fat. There are a lot of structures in your neck, other than fat that can contribute to shape and contour in this area. Liposuction may or may not be appropriate. You would definitely need an in person consultation to get a quality assessment. If you ask plastic surgeon for liposuction, they’re most likely going to offer it. There is a common saying in plastic surgery that goes “the enemy of good is perfect”.
I don’t see a clear indication for liposuction or any other treatment.
