First, I'd like sharper more masculine jawline. Secondly, I'd like my face to be more proportional. Right now, my left lip is uneven and my left hand side of face drops slightly more than my right hand side. What procedure should I look into for this?

I would suggest considering both chin and gonial angle implants (these are placed at the angle of the mandible). Sometimes cheek implants and buccal fat removal can further enhance the masculine look, but it depends how far you want to go, and you need to make sure that everything remains properly balanced. (I discourage doing everything 'all at once', and would treat the jaw first). I am especially careful with performing buccal fat removal, because it is not reversible. Your facial structure appears grossly symmetric at rest, but you have uneven muscle action with facial expression. Your upper eyelid rests lower on the left side compared to the right, and you have a smaller palpebral fissure when smiling. Consider ptosis repair to improve symmetry. Hope this helps!
