22 years post co2 laser resurfacing. Is a second round safe? Which laser will help target wrinkles around the eyes and mouth

I have had an aggressive, ablative C02 laser resurfacing done on my face in 2000 when the procedure first came out, it was done under general anesthetic. The Dr did 2 passes. It has lasted 20 yrs but it is time to do a refresh laser as I am getting wrinkles around my mouth and eyes. I am wondering if a 2nd C02 laser is safe to do over the previous and what type of c02 laser will give results like the 1st one as the results were great. The Dr is no longer practicing that did the 1st one.
