I had co2re full face done 10 days ago and have been getting small spots of petechiae. Last night my face was itchy and I scratched the area thinking it was ok bc there was no scab there and when I looked in the mirror it looks like I have a hickey on my cheek. I'm devastated. Is this normal and what would help it to fade faster?

It is recommended to first have the acne under good control using a variety of techniques that may include prescription products, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and lasers. Once the acne is under good control then the scarring can be improved.
Hey there,Keep your skin moist and avoid sun exposure by the use of a sunscreen. Retinol isn't recommended at this stage. Skin would take at least 2 weeks to heal, till then continue using vitamin c and a moisturizer. Retinol can be started once the inflammation has reduced
