Anyone successfully treat syringomas with Co2re? (photo)

Question

I recently had my first treatment for syringomas with CO2RE (syneron), initially I thought it looked flatter but over the next 3 days I realized the syringomas all looked about the same. Does the size shrink overtime? Based on images how many treatments will I need? What settings should I ask the dermatologist to use? I am suspicious she isn’t using a strong enough setting but I’d rather have hyperpigmentation than the bumps!

These need aggressive treatment to the individual spots either with co2 or erbuim spot resurfacing or dessiccation with needle. See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You're obviously of Asian decent. Being Asian, your skin type can be on the trickiest side to treat. It's quite likely your physician took a guarded path in your journey to being free of the blemishes. 
Don't be too alarmed your physician didn't accomplish as much as you had hoped. The goal of aesthetics physicians is to cause beauty and joy, not problems and self consciousness. Trading one problem for a problem such as hyperpigmentation is simply not an outcome we seek.
I encourage you to be a little more patient with your doctor and allow her the opportunity to deliver the outcome you were seeking when you walked through her door. Her approach sounds as cautious as mine would be. She more than likely has your best interests at heart. It may take a little more time, but the outcome will be worth it.
