Info: 45 yr old female, no children, 5’5 and 165lbs at time of surgery, lost 70 lbs before surgery. Severe breast ptosis and no upper pole volume, C bra size pre-surgery. Surgical procedure: Breast lift with bilateral 600cc gummy implants 6 mos ago. Issue: My highly rated plastic surgeon agreed pre-op that my expectations of achieving breast fullness and a lift to have better cleavage gap was realistic. I don’t have that & they sit low. Why? I was assured.

Typically, it can take up to a year for your sensation to return. Past a year, it probably won't. this is a risk of breast augmentation and lift surgery.
You may be trying to spit out some internal sutures. I would do what your surgeon asked and make an appointment to see him/her. The ER will probably not do much for you and make you wait a long time to be seen. You can also go to your primary physician, but he/she will probably send you back...
