I've always had breasts that sag, they used to be a full 36B/small C but after breastfeeding two kids they have really deflated. I'm looking to get a lift but am not sure about a) what size I might expect from a lift alone, and b) whether implants or a breast fat transfer is a better option for augmentation. I'm nervous about the potential risks with implants but worry BFT might be a lot of additional surgery without the results I'd be looking for. I'd love to be a C cup again, nothing too huge
