Largest implant with lift?

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. The larger you go with implants, the more weight is placed on your already sagging breast tissue. Large implants will stretch and thin your own tissue even more and your lift will not hold. Please do not try to go to F or FF. Those enormous breasts are not pretty, will sag, and be too heavy for your neck and shoulders. I agree with your surgeon.

Breast lift with implants is a complicated procedure and the larger the implant the more difficult it becomes. You could start with a smaller size and increase the size at a second procedure if you desire
