Age 33 - Best alternatives to Blepharoplasty (photo)

Question

33 years old, not a candidate for surgery due to underlying health issues. What is the best alternative for Blepharoplasty? Above my eyelids, below my brow is very puffy and I find myself constantly raising my eyebrows.

The only way to meaningfully remove the upper eyelid skin is a blepharoplasty.

Your photographs demonstrate normal height of the eye eyebrows, just hooded upper lids, touching your eyelashes. In our practice, we perform upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure, which takes about 30 minutes. You are able to walk in and out of the surgery center since there's no general anesthesia.
