Age 33 - Best alternatives to Blepharoplasty (photo)

33 years old, not a candidate for surgery due to underlying health issues. What is the best alternative for Blepharoplasty? Above my eyelids, below my brow is very puffy and I find myself constantly raising my eyebrows.

A lower blepharoplasty uses transposed fat to fill out the hollows of the eyes. However, you would get more improvement by a rhinoplasty. Your nose has shifted to the side and a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty would give much more improvement of your face than a lower blepharoplasty. ...

You may benefit from a brow lift done in the hairline. It will decrease the vertical distance of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the upper eyebrows. Your eyebrows are slightly below the orbital rim and they should be at the level of the orbital rim. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
