The amount of buccal fat removed during buccal fat removal depends basically in 2 factors: 1) the size of the patient's buccal fat pad and 2) the desires of the patient  (how thin or sunken they want the buccal fat).Patients with large cheeks tend to have bigger buccal fat pads. Also, patients that would like a very think and sometimes sunken cheek appearance usually get a big buccal fat removed. Therefore, it is difficult to say there is an exact "average" of buccal fat removed during the procedure that is "normal"
