I need help! Is there any alternative to buccal fat removal and Botox?

I really have a big chubby cheeks. Mu friends would always tease me and call me names like "chipmunk" and its really hard to take pictures. Is there anyway besides buccal fat removal, and botox that can help me improve my look? I want slimmer face, define cheekbones and sharp jawline. I was about to get a buccal fat removal but base on my research, everybody that had it done regrets it. And Im too young to get botox. I need help!! I dont know what to do

Unfortunately, there is no good alternative to buccal fat removal. This is a great procedure. You need to choose someone who is familiar with the procedure that will not over reduce the fat pad. The key is reduction not eradication of the fat pad. This should create a significant but subtle improvement in your facial shape. Best.

Buccal fat removal is a plastic surgery procedure that improves the fullness of the anterior lower cheek ( chubby cheeks ). There is no other plastic surgery procedure that replaces buccal fat removal.In certain patients, weight loss to reach a normal or low BMI helps to achieve a slimmer face in patient candidates. However, in a large number of patients, buccal fat is "resistant" to decrease inside with diet and exercise, and thats why surgery is generally the solution.
