What surgery will achieve a less "baby" face? I want a bolder face and slimmer cheeks, what surgery would achieve this? (photo)

Thank you for your picture, and great question! The truth is this - you look great.  Whether or not you need any procedures is not for me to decide, but for us to come to a clear consensus.  Buccal fat reduction, what it can do, is give more contour to your cheeks and soften the "baby face" that you are concerned with.  To get an idea of what you could accomplish with this, gently suck your cheeks in until they just touch your teeth.  You may like this change, or you may not, but it will give you an idea of what you can expect to see.  The other important thing to note is that as you get older, you will lose some volume in your face and this has to be taken into account - look good now trading off volume loss as you get older.  Best of luck! I hope some of this helps.
