I am wanting my pre pregnancy body back. Leaning toward TT-Fat transfer to butt-lipo lower back and flanks. BA&BL. i have dense breast tissue. Do I need the lift? Seeing my body will there be enough fat to give me a nice booty? Is it ok to do all procedures in 1 day. I think it will be 7 hour surgery.

Answer: Mommy Makeover Your breasts exhibit some ptosis and would benefit from a lift +/- implant depending on your needs.Suctioning for the BBL will be limited to the lower abdomen and posterior flanks if done at same time as tummy tuck. It is not advisable to suction the upper abdomen or upper back at the same time. Your fat yield will be between 1,500-1,800 giving about 600-800 cc per buttock which should be enough to shape nicely.Hope this helps
