Looking to have a TT, BBL, lipo and BA/BL. What do the doctors think? (Photo)

I am wanting my pre pregnancy body back. Leaning toward TT-Fat transfer to butt-lipo lower back and flanks. BA&BL. i have dense breast tissue. Do I need the lift? Seeing my body will there be enough fat to give me a nice booty? Is it ok to do all procedures in 1 day. I think it will be 7 hour surgery.

Hello and thank you for posting. First I will answer the most important question. Yes, it is ok to get all of this done at once as long as you qualify. From these photos it seems like you would be a good candidate. But not all patients are good candidates for a full mommy makeover. Some patients might need to divide the procedure in two rounds. This will depend on your overall health, your BMI, your labs (especially your Hemoglobin), the surgeons assessment of how much time the surgery might take, the degree of difficulty of the procedures plus other factors. From these photos it seems like you would be a good candidate.
A tummy tuck would be great. a breast lift with implants is your best options. BA without a lift will probably no be enough for optimal results. And as far a your BBL, you have more then enough fat for great results. no need to worry!

Your breasts exhibit some ptosis and would benefit from a lift +/- implant depending on your needs.Suctioning for the BBL will be limited to the lower abdomen and posterior flanks if done at same time as tummy tuck. It is not advisable to suction the upper abdomen or upper back at the same time. Your fat yield will be between 1,500-1,800 giving about 600-800 cc per buttock which should be enough to shape nicely.Hope this helps

Thank you for your question. Combining all 3 procedures would be too long of a surgery and make recovery very challenging. I would recommend doing the BBL with lipo 360 first, followed by a combo breast/tummy procedure. You can recover on the front side after the BBL, and can recover on the backside after the tummy/breast procedure. If you sleep on the fat transferred after your tummy tuck you will lose fat cells due to pressure. And its not possible to sleep on your stomach after a tummy tuck because you will be in a flexed position. Even if you could find a way to recover properly, the length of time to do the surgery would be excessive to achieve high quality and safe results. Please remember that each person is unique, so what is safe for one might not be for another, and always prioritize safety and expert medical advice.

Your phots reveal mild to moderate breast involution and ptosis.  This is best corrected with implants and a lift that can be performed simultaneously.  I cannot evaluate your abdomen based on these photos. Fat harvest/liposution can be performed from your flanks, and lower back and transferred to your buttocks.  These procedures can all be performed in a single operation.

Overall, these procedures can all be done together. Based on the provided pictures, you will have enough fat to make a good contour difference but likely will not enlarge the buttock much. While performing a BBL and tummy tuck at the same time is technically feasible, it is difficult to offload pressure from your buttocks during the recovery period. This may compromise the blood flow to the fat grafts and therefore compromise your result. Often when Lipo360 and BBL is desired, I will stage this and the tummy tuck. After staging, the breast augmentation and lift (if necessary, would need an in person exam to tell because I think you are on the fence) can be performed safely with the tummy tuck.
