I've been interested in a breast augmentation since I was young and interested in a tummy tuck and bbl since after I had my kids (youngest is 10). I am between relationships currently and have never been able to definitively say I am finished having children. With that being said I still consider what options I'd have for treatments. My main problem area is the saggy skin of my belly. I am not bothered by the stretch marks, I just really dislike the saggy/lumpy skin especially when I bend over.

Answer: Mommy Makeover From your photos, I believe you would be a good candidate for breast augmentation and tummy tuck. Your breasts are not ptotic so no lift procedure would be necessary. The fat from your lower abdomen can be harvested for transfer to the buttocks for volume enhancement. After the fat is harvested, the abdominoplasty procedure could be done through a low transverse incision.Hope this helps

Answer: Want my Body Back Your body issues are due to loose skin and separated muscles. These are only correctible by Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck. For me, this is a little over an hour in time, you go home the same day, and need at least 2 weeks off of work.

Answer: Surgery A breast augmentation would look nice. If you are not through having children, then hold off on the full tummy tuck. Liposuction would still be helpful to remove excess fat. At most, I would suggest the mini tuck which will be undone if you become pregnant, but does give a great deal of improvement and easier from which to recover. You could also do liposuction, used nonsurgical EMSculpt to tighten your abdomen, and do minimally invasive skin tightening like Renuvion with the liposuction to help tighten your skin.
