I had silicon implants under muscle 8 months ago, Mentor 325cc. I was unhappy with the look (high riding from day one). My breasts were only firm on the top (where the muscle lays) but not on the sides where I could feel the implant. 3 weeks ago I had a revision and my surgeon removed the capsule but my breast look EXACTLY the same :( Do I need another revision and what could possible be wrong? Why is my muscle so hard but the implants are soft on the sides where I can feel them.

Answer: Implants High, Nipples Low - What's The Problem?
Best to clarify with your plastic surgeon. Cauterization alone, in my opinion, will not suffice when it comes to providing you with additional support. The additional support, otherwise known as an “internal bra” is best done (in my opinion) after removal of a segment of the cap...
I think that the best person to ask about your implants would be your surgeon. What was removed and what was replaced will assist in answering your question.
I think that you will find that your areola will remain the size that they currently are ( or become slightly larger as the healing process continues); unfortunately, they will not go back to their previous size. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.
