Is it possible to get a Brazilian Butt Lift without general anesthesia?

I would love to get a BBL but the thought of going under general anaesthesia make me hesitate a lot. Specially after reading that there are more risk under general than local anaesthesia. Any suggestion?? I am so not doing it if I am sleeping :D

Each patient is different and some patients simply can't handle too much fat.  If you inject more than a buttock can handle then it's like overfilling a cup... it just gets wasted.  For fat to survive, it must be injected into good healthy fat or muscle that has good blood supply....

You should be close to your goal weight before undergoing this procedure, but it may not be necessary for you to lose a significant amount of weight prior to a BBL.
