I would love to get a BBL but the thought of going under general anaesthesia make me hesitate a lot. Specially after reading that there are more risk under general than local anaesthesia. Any suggestion?? I am so not doing it if I am sleeping :D

Each patient is different and some patients simply can't handle too much fat. If you inject more than a buttock can handle then it's like overfilling a cup... it just gets wasted. For fat to survive, it must be injected into good healthy fat or muscle that has good blood supply....
