Side breast fold fat removal, very large rib cage - what procedures you recommend for more fullness? (photos)

Woman 32 yo.Height: 169 cm, weight: 87 kg, underbust: 91-95 cm, bust: 113 cm, bust leaning 115, lying 117, waist: 93-94 cm. When I weighted around 82 kg. My underbust was 92-93 cm, bust 111 cm, waist 92-93 cm. I struggle with side breast fat in armpits and on both sides of breasts. I wear large band bras: 85C-90B but still struggle with fat on sides of breasts. What procedures you recommend for more fullness and beauty? Can I remove this side fat also, will it be look natural after this?

Thank you for your question. It is almost impossible to really lower the nipple position. However, making upper pole fuller by inserting the implants will make nipple look lower. Also, by removing remaining skin in the lower pole and make lower pole shorter, will help to visually lower the nipples.
