I have done hair transplant it's being almost one year. Hairs grow but according to time it become Curley and rough . Please suggest me something for convert in smooth and simple texture

It would be best to see a doctor for an exam for your specific concerns.  In general an average Caucasian male has about 8000 grafts they can harvest from their donor area in their life time.

Constipation or staining to have a bowel movement will not damage your transplanted hair grafts.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

If you do not want to use finasteride, then don't.  Just let your doctor know what you want to do.   Discuss options with your doctor.
