Fat may be a solution for your facial volume needs, but it is not going to come from weight gain. That fat can only come from fat injections. But you should try a non-permanent injectable filler first to see if the addition of volume can really make the facial improvement that you seek.
Aesthetically speaking, you don't need jaw implants. The chin is weak and could be augmented with a Chin Implant. The Cheeks could also be enhanced with Cheek Implants.
Fillers, fat grafting and implants can all be used to help enhance the facial contours and create volume and definition where it is wanted. It will be best to consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination.
