I Have Laterally Protruding Zygomatic Arches, Want Reduction Effect. Anyone in India?

That zygomatic arch narrowing effect can be created by a combined anterior zygomatic osteotomy (intraoral) combined with a posterior temporal osteotomy. (temporal skin incision) Usually about 4mms is the amount of inward movement you would get per side. As to who does that procedure in India is unknown to me.

Xygomatic arch reduction can be accomplished with combined intraoral and hairline incisions.  However, a thorough Facial Plastic examination is required.  A narrow face would be best treated with selected augmentation   Fat injections may help if there is wasting in the temples and cheek below the arch.  Such wasting can make the arch more prominent than it really is.  Seek out a physician who is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.   All the best.
