Okay, so for a while I've noticed that when lighting is hitting my face from directly above, my midface where my cheek ends and my upper lip begins starts to look weird and it looks like my upper lip is protruding. I don't know whats causing it and its really frustrating. However, before considering any major surgical change, I would like to know if gaining some weight (since I'm a little skinny) would help? Or maybe better vitamins?

Answer: Will weight gain help with cheeks?
In general, when someone gains weight, it does tend to fill out the face more. The effect may be dependent on the individual person as well as the amount of weight gain. You could always try that option out first and see. The other option would be using an injectable filler to help with the area of your cheeks with which you have concern. While vitamins are helpful for general health, I do not think they would have any effect on your cheeks.

Answer: Facal Volume Addition Requires Fat Injections
Fat may be a solution for your facial volume needs, but it is not going to come from weight gain. That fat can only come from fat injections. But you should try a non-permanent injectable filler first to see if the addition of volume can really make the facial improvement that you seek.
