I underwent rhinoplasty 2 and a half weeks ago. The doctor aligned my nasal bone by breaking bones and lifted the tip. As I was putting my retainer on, I applied pressure on my retainer upwards with my thumb. My hand slipped and I ended up flicking the tip of my nose upwards with a lot of force. Now I'm scared I have caused my tip to become overturned.

I would not recommend that since these modalities are not accurate. Small imperfections can be very visible. Best of luck.

Yes. It is totally normal for you to have pain inside your nose 3 weeks after rhinoplasty surgery and for months after. Takes a very long time for those to heal.
